Training programs are scheduled monthly. Your classroom training will be scheduled approximately 30 days after you sign the Franchise Agreement, just prior to opening your business. The training program will be conducted by one or more of our personnel identified in Item 2. Any subsequent Training class will be held with our other scheduled Initial Training classes. Web-based Financial Operations Manager and Financial Operations Associate Training is free for an unlimited number. Other Info: You are required to attend a Sandler 2-day Bootcamp training program located in Cambridge, Massachusetts immediately following the Executive Cohort Kick-off listed below. You must pay Sandler Systems, Inc. a fee, which is currently $2,000.00 to attend the bootcamp training. You will be responsible for the travel, hotel and all such other costs and expenses of each person who attends the Sandler program. Cohort Kick-off Event: You will be assigned to a cohort of approximately 5 franchisees that you will meet with on a regular basis to collaborate and support each other in building your individual businesses. The Cohort Kick-Off event allows you to meet your cohort peers and launch your cohort group. This launch event will be followed by monthly video calls where your cohort will review metrics, and address and discuss issues related to growing your individual businesses. |
