Training: Franchisees attend five days of training at the Regis World HQ in Minneapolis. During this training we teach franchisees everything they need to know about the day-to-day operation of their business. We do NOT teach them how to cut hair, that is not their role in the business. We teach them how to successfully run a Supercuts salon.
Other Info: Franchisees hire lisc cosmetologists and we put them through a 40 hour training program called HSA, Hair Stylist Academy. In that training we teach them the Supercuts hair cut techniques as well as our guest service standards and how to operate the POS system.
