Our Initial Training Program consists of completing our online training modules combined with 2 to 3 weeks of training held at a “certified” training store. This comprehensive training covers everything from guest service (BOOST standards), process (recipes, preparation), ordering (ingredients, supplies), operating processes, point of sale, store
layout, manager training, team member training, hiring, local
marketing, best practices and culture.
