Training: Our initial training is held in Ann Arbor, Michigan for 10 Days. This training is designed for the franchisee and two technicians. Training includes classroom technical and sales training, as well as hands on field training. We also provide an optional week long “Boot Camp” technician training in Oklahoma City.
On-going Support from the home office includes sales support, business management, IT support, structured peer support and training, marketing support, 24 hour “in the field” technical support, etc.
