Training: The training curriculum is a combination of classroom and hands on experience, and includes managerial, sales and technical training. Initial training begins with two weeks at the corporate headquarters and is followed by another week in the new shop itself. It is designed to provide the information needed to get started on the right foot. Once the business is established, field support staff is always available to answer questions and help maximize operations.
