Voodoo Franchise Group gives independent operators the opportunity to open one of our renowned pubs, bringing our concept, brand, and world-class craft beer to neighborhoods near them. This program embraces the independent nature of the craft beer industry.

Voodoo Brewery was founded over thirteen years ago in Meadville, PA and has soared to achieve worldwide recognition. With our combined creativity, passion, and dedication, we opened our first brewpub in 2012 and the concept was immediately popular. Customers came from all over the region to enjoy our unique beers and locally-sourced food in an environment that combines a rustic industrial look with an inviting atmosphere. In the past few years we’ve opened a total of five brick and mortar brewpubs and several additional satellites and pop-ups, while continuing to garnish a wide range of awards and accolades along the way. 

We are beyond excited to bring our beer closer to our fans that will now be able to enjoy our products as much as we enjoy making them. If you have ever been inside our pubs, you know that we take great pride in our pub operations, putting our quirky personalities into each and every space that we build while becoming entrenched in the local community and its development.

Training: The Voodoo Group will provide a pre-opening training program for franchisees in its company-owned locations in Meadville and Erie, Pennsylvania. At its option, the franchisor may be permitted to designate alternate locations for this training.
The Voodoo Group will require a minimum of four individuals to attend and successfully complete the seven-day initial training. The franchisee and three key management staff will be required to attend. The key management staff will include:

• General Manager
• Managing Bartender
• Culinary Manager

If the franchisee requests additional individuals to complete training, we will be glad to accomodate.  Trainers will include senior staff, managers and key employees of Voodoo Group’s current operations in Pennsylvania.

Training program has been developed by and with key industry experts. 

On-site training is an important extension of Voodoo Group’s pre-opening training program. Franchisees will receive extensive support and training when they first open and the opening process can be a very stressful time. Having a Voodoo Group’s representative on site will ease the process of getting the franchisee’s business up and running.
