New franchisees are thoroughly onboarded through RMS University that includes 4 weeks of online training on the RMS franchise standards, the British approach to cleaning system, administrative, accounting and back-office tools for 60 hours of online training. This is followed by over 50 hours of onsite training at the franchisee’s location mastering the execution of RMS franchise brand standards, cleaning system and application of administrative tools. The franchisee does NOT need to travel to the franchise HQ for training at all. This enables the franchisee to save money and if needed start the business while employed.
