Training: RIM offers 4 weeks of intensive training consisting of 2 weeks of online training exposing new franchisees to business and recruitment training, 1 week of online system training for our Applicant Tracking System, and 1 week of in-class training at our corporate headquarters in Toronto, Canada. This is followed with ongoing assistance and training throughout their relationship with us as franchisees.
