Training: PHASE 1 -TRAINING PROVIDED AT A LOCATION DESIGNATED BY THE FRANCHISOR:
Poke Burri will provide franchisees with approximately two to three weeks of initial training at the Franchisor's headquarters in Atlanta, GA, or at a location designated by the Franchisor, beginning approximately eight to twelve weeks before the franchisee is scheduled to open for business. Phase I instruction will pertain to administrative, operational, and sales/marketing matters; it will also include a liberal amount of on-the-job training including: cooking, managing, operational skills, cleaning, inventory control, instilling culture, point of sale training, and others. This training will be provided for the franchisee and up to one other team member. This training will handle the administrative and office-related work in regards to Poke Burri franchise model. There will also be some field work and time spent with actual customers and clients to show franchisees how to manage interactions with actual clients and how to operate in the restaurant.

PHASE II -- TRAINING PROVIDED AT THE FRANCHISEE'S LOCATION
On-site training typically takes place when the franchisee commences operations of their Poke Burri restaurant. An experienced trainer from Poke Burri will provide on-site training for a period of one to two weeks to assist the franchisee in the commencement of operations. The on-site training will begin a couple days prior to the opening of the restaurant and carry through a week or so after the restaurant has opened for business. This work will be entirely field-based work and will focus on getting the franchisee comfortable with operating the business.

No franchisee will be allowed to commence operations until the franchisee has successfully completed Phase I of the initial training program. The franchisee will not be permitted to continue operations until successfully completing Phase II of the initial training program. If the franchisee fails to meet the initial requirements specified by the Franchisor, the Franchisor may, at its option, require the completion of additional training or may cancel the Franchise Agreement.
