Training: Our Training Program is one of our strongest features. We have an online Training Portal to do our extensive pre-training program. This includes videos, manuals and quizzes as well as everything they need to know to get their business set up. They spend 5 days at the Home Office (Aberdeen, SD) learning the daily operations of their business and doing hands on activities to prepare them to open (which most do the week following training). They then participate in a 12 week post training program which is part online and part work with an existing franchise owner. They are invited to weekly group coaching sessions along with regular webinars to grow their skill set.
