Training: New franchisees spend 1 week at Relax The Back University (RTBU) held at the SupportCcenter in La Palma, California. Ideally, new franchisees attend RTBU two to four months before their targeted store opening.

RTBU concentrates on in-depth product knowledge, spinal anatomy, client relations and sales. Field trips to vendor facilities and various local Relax The Back stores enhance our curriculum with hands-on training and interactions.
